- Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. This excludes weekends and holidays.
- Business Hours: Our team operates Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM (EST). Orders placed after 5 PM or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.
- Custom Orders: If you've placed a custom order, please allow up to 3–5 business days for processing.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer several shipping options to suit your needs. Please see below for estimated delivery times based on your selected shipping method:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (Orders must be placed by 12 PM EST to be eligible for same-day processing)

Lost or Stolen Packages
Kingdom Tresses is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the carrier. Incorrect Address
Please double-check the shipping address you provide at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an address is incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order so we can make adjustments before it ships.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used hair extensions. If you received the wrong item or if your order is damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for assistance with exchanges or refunds.
