Returns & Exchanges

We understand that purchasing hair products online is an important decision, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer the following:

  • Returns: We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
  • Exchanges: If you received a product that does not meet your expectations or was damaged during shipping, we will gladly offer an exchange within 14 days of receipt.

Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

  • Opened or used hair products (bundles, wigs, or accessories)
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Custom orders

How to Request a Refund or Exchange

  • Product(s) you wish to return or exchange
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • Photos (if applicable)

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide instructions for how to send the product back to us. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your returned item. Once your return is approved, the refund will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly replace the item at no additional cost or provide a full refund, depending on your preference.
